• Developmental Deputy Manager: Ideal for nurses with at least three years of experience, this role offers an opportunity to step into a leadership position. You'll contribute to clinical excellence, team supervision, and the ongoing development of our holistic care approach—while also building your own leadership skills.
• Registered Manager: If you have at least five years of nursing experience and are ready to step into a more senior leadership role, this is your chance. You’ll help shape the future of Benoni, working closely with our Directors to support the next phase of development while preserving our caring, compassionate ethos.
